Latest update makes you pick b/w passcode and fingerprint login everytime, you can't just use fingerprint login. Check deposit does not work, I cannot add them as an account to pay my credit card. This bank/app really sucks. Full Review

DO NOT USE THIS CARD!! SOMEONE DRAINED MY ACCOUNT FROM ANOTHER STATE. IT HAPPENED THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY! I WAS A VICTIM! Have had chime for years never had a problem and loved the experience.....UNTIL! You want dispute a claim and they are supposed to back you up but instead decide to not submit the dispute when they tell you they will. Then when you call and bug them over and over the submit it and you get denied. They are forcing me to go out on my own and sue when I was told they'd go to bat for me.. lies. Switch from gobank to chime. Biggest mistake I ever could have made! For 2 years I never had a problem getting direct deposit at gobank. Expecting my first right deposit today and it cannot be found and of course chime customer service can't answer a simple question and they blame everyone else and don't really look at the problem.... and whoever replies to these comments don't waste your breath talking to me. Not a real bank. It is like paypal with an attached savings acount. If your regular bank is not one of the well known ones it will take 9 days for your deposit to credit. I only signed up because they don't credit check. Now I know why. Full Review

Hate this card and the app. First, impossible to load money at the register. No good for when you need to put money on a card for something like hotel incidentals. Mobile deposit is a joke. Tried to deposit 3 payroll checks and they both were rejected. Customer service b's and says the routing and account number was not visible or clear (it was). So you can't deposit cash and you can't deposit checks. Worthless. Don't waste your time. Full Review

EDIT: I reset the password. I am able to login online but not the app. I was told to reset the password, I did. I deleted and reinstalled the app, changes the password again, still not working. The account itself is fine, however I can't log in with the app. Says the password and email combination don't match... So I changed the password. Missing money and lack luster support. I transfered money from my other bank account but still hasn't posted. Chime clearly supports Samsung Pay but I needed to verify over the phone but I was told they don't support it from customer service. Love Chime and my Chime debit card, but this app is a disaster. Every time I change devices (daily) I have to enter my pin and login all over again, which includes text verification. Can't ever pick up another device and go without remembering to set the app up again. Ridiculous. Please add multiple device/session support. My other banking apps don't do this. If I've already verified the device, I don't see why it's signed out when I use the app on another phone. Some of us are smartphone and tech enthusiasts and have multiple devices. I'm sure there are many like me who have been open to trying "hip" services like Chime. Wake up, people! Full Review

I just opened my account a couple weeks ago. And i must say I'm not too pleased with it yet. First off it seems it took long for the card to arrive, 2nd when I went to the website to update everything and set up my account and profile info I noticed the atm feature was not working so that pissed me off because now I can't figure out where to add fund and remove cash from the card at before and once direct deposit is set up. So I decided to download the app and low and behold just like everyone else is saying in the reviews, it does not recognize my info or email and paddword don't match each other but when I try to set up a new account it says my info is already in use but yet I can't use my own information or account but I can use it if I go to the website. Please fix that and atm, load and unload finder bug asap and I change rating. Full Review

i like not having any monthly fees, overdraw fees (i've overdrawn twice so far, oops), i like that when i asked about mobile deposit, they activated it for me so i could try it out. mobile deposit kinda blows, they only deposit $200 dollars of your check the next business day, then the rest of it the next business day after that.. sucks for me because i get paid on fridays, which means.. i don't get my full check until tuesday. the whole month of october, money wasn't being automatically deposited into my savings (something chime is known for.. putting that extra 'change' into your savings) and i e-mailed them about it.. they didn't reply to me for weeks. i had to send a second message, i literally said 'hello?' and then i got an e-mail saying that they 'unpaused' my savings or whatever and that all my savings from october or whatever would be deposited into my account or something. kind of a hassle that i have to ask about something chime is supposed to just do. anyway, very simple bank, like not having the frees, mobile deposit could be better, and don't randomly deactivate my savings. thanks. I might have typed the password wrong when setting up the acvount or the just may be a problem on your end but I can't get in. Only thing keeping me from making this my one and only bank account: I cannot schedule a specific date that I want my checks to be delivered by at any time throughout the month like my other bank. I like to schedule this ahead of time this way you don't forget later in the month and the bank just makes sure it's sent at the appropriate time to make sure it gets there on the date you chose. With Chime I have to remember to set up the check to be sent at least 8 days prior. This timeframe is too broad for my rent payments and it is too inconvenient to have to remember to go into the app and do this exactly 8 days before due date. And even still I'd have to tell my landlords to make sure not to cash it until the first if they do get it early. It's just too much of a hassle when with my other bank I can just schedule a check payment let's say on the 3rd of the month, to be received by the intended party on the 1st of next month. You set it and forget it. Do this on Chime and I will gladly cancel my BofA account. Full Review
