Read a good number of the reviews just before rating this. My comments are completely in sync with other users experiences - staying in sync, something this app doesn't do! Running latest Android version on the Galaxy S8. One thing I didn't see mentioned is that when a push notification comes through and I click on it to open the convo in the app, the message dissappears. Every time. Please fix as I use this as a primary communication source for business along with the desktop version. Full Review

I thought that this app was an extension of the Skype app on the desktop. The good thing is that you have web, desktop and mobile versions. The odd thing is that these aren't synchronized. So you can't continue or refer to the previous conversation to continue or catch up with! Very odd limitation. Hope you get this right soon! Full Review

It's okay. Doesn't work with Android Auto which doesn't make sense as Skype does. If our company didn't use this service for communications (included in Office 365 subscription) I wouldn't have this application installed. I think that's important for Microsoft to understand. Users are using this service because they have to, not because they choose to. It's time for Microsoft to show some love to this application. Full Review

This app has gone from bad to worse and for me is completely useless. Unable to reliably conduct any sort of business using this app since it constantly logs me out of the service and I don't receive messages or calls. Ever. It's astonishingly bad and has gotten worse over time. I can't imagine how anyone could possibly use this in a business environment. Full Review

Only works when I'm on Wi-Fi at my office. Doesn't work on cellular data or my home Wi-Fi. Very frustrating. I switched from iPhone to android because I heard the android app is more consistent when it comes to staying logged in. I can log in now but only at work. I need to use this app outside of work so I can answer work calls through our Skype phones. Very disappointing. Full Review

It's completely worthless. It keeps logging me out, conversations are not updated, and it messes with the synchronization to my laptop. This is an extension to an already horrible pc software that should have never happened. The feedback website has no attention from Microsoft, so it appears that SFB is being retired, though we don't know what the replacement is going to be. Shame on you Microsoft! Full Review

    1) It lost my conversation (missing from history). Again. It just happens time to time. So, it it absolutely unreliable. 2) Active conversations are not synced across all my devices. It really sucks. 3) If I or the other person go offline or something - you would get "your message was not sent" or "We can't connect to the server" and it hangs - I even cannot type, even after the connection is restored. That's stupid. Probably the worst messager app I know. Full Review

I've had a few problems with the mobile version. The biggest two that work in conjunction: * Does not exit on sign out and keeps running, even when I swipe to kill the app. I have to go into the app list and force quit. * When joining a meeting, I'll almost always call my cell phone to dial in (as the skype call drops if the cell tower changes at all). This works fine but for some reason in the more recent version Skype now buzzes my phone until I go back to the meeting room. Finally, I've had it twice where I signed out of Skype while in a dial in meeting call and had the phone buzz the whole time. Full Review
